[Apparmor-dev] [RFC 0/5] initscript fixups

This patchset fixes up a few issues with the rcapparmor initscript, as
well as clearing out some old code that's no longer functional.
The two more important patches are:

  - ignore more dpkg patch, which catches a spot that was missed in the
    recent ignore dpkg-new fix.
  - support builtin apparmor, which is a continuation of development on
    making the initscript support apparmor as a kernel builtin.
