[Apparmor-dev] [rfr] Add autoheader to autogen.sh for changehat/libapparmor/

Hi,

I've attached a diff that adds a call to autoheader in autogen.sh from
changehat/libapparmor.

As config.h.in has been removed, it needs to be regenerated at each
build by autoheader. Otherwise configure fails with a 'config.h.in not
found' error.
