[Apparmor-dev] [rfr] changehat update: pam_apparmor Makefile and mod_apparmor.

I've attached a diff that:
 * search for apxs/apxs2 in /usr/bin/.
 * Add a dependency to pam_apparmor Makefile for the install target.
