[Apparmor-dev] make tarball not working

Hi,

I've tried to use the 'make tarball' command to create a tarball. It
fails with the error message:

  rm -rf apparmor-2.0.2-911
  make: *** No rule to make target `.spec.in', needed by `.spec'.  Stop.
