[Apparmor-dev] [rfr] skip files when loading profiles during init script

Hi,

I've attached a diff that adds two types of files to skip when loading
profiles from the init script :
 * .dpkg-old: used during package upgrade by dpkg.
 * disable/profilename : this is a subdirectory in /etc/apparmor.d that
has symlinks to profiles in /etc/apparmor.d that should not be loaded.

The idea is to be able to specify which profile should/shouldn't be
loaded. The current way to disable a profile is to delete/move the
profile from /etc/apparmor.d.
