[Apparmor-dev] [rfr] apaprmor-utils fixes for repository support

Two patches attached:

pager_chmod.diff       - make console tools use $ENV{PAGER} and default to
                         less
                       - modify chmod usage to use file handle to avoid race
                         condition before restricting the perms of the
                         created config file

preferred-profile-author.diff    
                       - add preferred user item in config file (default to
                         NOVELL)
                       - default select the profile from the preferred user
                         in the list of repo profiles
                       - make the preferred users profile the first in the
                         profile list
                       - minor formatting cleanups
                       - added section for repository in logprof.conf
                       - added a couple of FIXME comments for inconsistent
                         upload handling
