I propose that the virtual conference run Sunday Nov. 25th from 20:00 to
23:00 GMT (if we need that long). For clarity, that means:

    * 8pm to 11pm in the UK
    * 9pm to midnight in western EU (where Rob is)
    * 3pm to 6pm in the US East (where some Ubuntu AA people are)
    * noon to 3pm in the US Pacific (where the current and ex-Novell AA
      people are)

I hope this accommodates everyone's needs.
