Did we ever release updated kernel and parser for 10.2 for CAP_AUDIT_CONTROL
and CAP_AUDIT_WRITE? I can't remember very well, but I _thought_ we got the new
capabilities into the parser before 10.2 GA, and I thought a kernel update
supplied the names in our number->name mapping file.

But my memory is very fuzzy at this point.
