Logprof/genprof are still going to be asking the severity database to rank what
it finds in the log messages. Changing the profiles to include the correct
profile names won't fix the logs, so "unexpected capability rank input:
CAP_INVALID-CAPABILITY" will continue to show up until you get past those
inputs in the logs.

(If you trim the logs by hand to remove these rules, and use logprof's -f
option to point to the trimmed logs, that warning message should go away.)

Of course, the logs will eventually rotate, and then the message (and the
questions) won't come up any more.
