I added the "capability audit_control" and "capability audit_write" to the
profile  usr.sbin.sshd.
Then I trimed the audit.log to zero and restarted the system.
And now the CAP_INVALID-CAPABILITY message appears not any more. It works !
I've enforced the sshd profile.
