 Thanks a lot for this release.

 Unfortunately I could not start it at first on 2.6.24. While
investigating I've realized that patch split_init.diff removes
function apparmor_enabled_setup(), which seems to be needed because
of the new boottime flag.

 Adding the functions back makes apparmor to start properly.

 I've attached the patch, which removes code that seems to be
not used.
