[Apparmor-dev] [RFR] changes to logparsing library for apparmor v2.3

Hi,

This patch updates the loparsing library for new formatting in the version
2.3 of apparmor (from the latest for-mainline patches).


The changes are fairly small:

* add support for namespace keyword
* add support for new permission reporting (using "owner::other" format)
* add support for the the locking mediation - k. (I think this just may have
  been missing from 2.1)
