[Apparmor-general] seperate the abstractions and program-chunks from the profile package ?

I have no intention of adding new profiles to the SLES9 apparmor-profiles
(or was it subdomain-profiles package in those days?  :) in an
update. Perhaps at a service pack, if someone makes a good case for one,
but I sure don't want this to happen to you, or other AppArmor users. :)
