[Bsd-sharp-list] mono 1.1.13.6 and mysql-connector-net-1.0.8 problem

I have been having a problem with the mono on freebsd and mysql connector.

basically I cannot connect. I searched this error and found some information on it and tried a few things but still no luck.

I made sure skip-networking was disabled

tried connection with ip 127.0.0.1, localhost and unix socket /tmp/mysql.sock

anyone have an idea?
