No package but there is a port in the BSD# tree.  It's www/xsp.  You can
use mono-merge to merge the BSD# tree into your local ports tree.  (It's
available from the BSD# link in my sig.)  Please note, you must do a
`portupgrade -ar` after merging the BSD# tree because components like
xsp are at times tied to the latest version of Mono.
