[Bsd-sharp-list] HEADS UP: X11BASE -> LOCALBASE move in progress

Philip and I are in the middle of moving all BSD# ports from X11BASE to
LOCALBASE in anticipation of Gnome 2.16's move to LOCALBASE.  Unless you
are using the Gnome ports from FreeBSD Gnome's Marcucom repository,
please DO NOT use the BSD# repo for the next day.  Stuff will probably
break.  After Gnome 2.16 is merged, hopefully within a day, all will be
safe.  I will try and send out an all clear when things are okay again.
