[Bsd-sharp-list] BSD# ports schedualed for deletion

There are a number of ports in the BSD# tree which I haven't bothered
maintaining and have no interest in.  Since I'm not doing anything with
them and have no plans to I'd like to delete them.  They'll still be in
the Attic if anyone cares for them at a later point.  If anyone would
like to see any of them stay because you use them please let me know and
I'll keep them.  They are the following ports:

databases/castle.activerecord
databases/nhibernate
devel/castle.dynamicproxy
devel/log4net
devel/nantcontrib
devel/ndoc
devel/nini
devel/nunit	<===	lang/mono includes nunit with it.
www/humano2
