Does not build with Mono 1.2.5.

Port is not owned by BSD# but will need an update when 1.2.5 is
committed.  The way I've handled ports not owned by BSD# is if I patch
the existing port I notify the maintainer after the commit.  If the port
is updated to a new version I notify the maintainer and follow the usual
maintainer approval / timeout process.
