[Bsd-sharp-list] [ports/lang/mono] crosstalk compiling problem between installed mono and port's mono

Im unable to reproduce the problem..

but, can you anyway try with this please?

* add EXTERNAL_MCS=false and EXTERNAL_MONO=false too
* set LC_ALL=C or LANG=C
