[Bsd-sharp-list] BSD# -> FreeBSD ports tree merge

As far as I know every application currently in the FreeBSD tree works
right now in the BSD# tree and packages correctly.  Sometime between
tomorrow night and Monday I'll be merging everything.  Below is a list
of everything I plan on updating.

Besides app updates everything is moving to LOCALBASE and I'll be adding
gtksharp10, gtksharp20 and gnomesharp20 to USE_GNOME.  As for new ports,
I'll add them after I look at them.  Please let me know if there are any
outstanding issues affecting the ports listed above so they can be
fixed.  Thanks.
