[Bsd-sharp-list] mono-devel -> mono-svn, updated to 1.2.20070126

Just a note for people using the mono-devel port.  I've removed it and
instead resurrected the mono-svn port which has been updated to the
20070126 snapshot.  The mono-svn port was created back some time ago for
the nightly SVN snapshots.  mono-devel is supposed to be for Mono's
development line releases.  Currently there isn't a separate development
line but there will be when 2.0 gets close.  Just wanted to clear these
ports up.
