Well i can see the web-page is not 100% updated. But the main thing
remains.
take a look at http://www.mono-project.com/Mono:FreeBSD
"Using the BSD# ports tree (Development)"
Think bsd#-ports-tree as a patch over the official tree. It contains new
versions of things.
download mono-merge.tar.gz, make install on it, and then execute
'mono-merge'.
Then you will have /usr/ports/lang/mono updated.
