There has been a monodevelop port in the BSD# tree for ages but never
committed since I never used it and never got sufficient usage feedback.
Right now Phillip Neumann has been actively working on it along with the
Mono 1.2.5 update. The port in the PR is actually missing some patches
so I don't know how well it actually works.
