New entry template: Bibliography

Hi there,

I recently hacked one of the existing entry templates to create one that
is optimized for my bibliography database. The idea is that the entry is
displayed in a way similar to the header of a scientific paper (see
attached screenshot).

As it is, the entry template is not fully exploited by the default
collection format as created by "New Bibliography". The collection
format that I have been using very successfully for the past months is
heavily modified, as can be seen the attached extract from my personal
Bibliography database.

Most prominent are several additional fields:
    * keyword (extremely helpful for categorizing papers and selectively
exporting bibtex files)
    * abstract (which is also exported to bibtex and can be imported by
several other programs)
    * comment (free form comment field for my personal notes)
    * DOI (an URL that can be clicked directly to get the original
web-page for the paper)
    * arXiv (an additional URL leading to the preprint)
    * local (a clickable link to a local copy of the paper)
    * entered (The date when I entered the paper in my personal
database. Ideally, this field should be handled by tellico
automatically. Currently, I'm handling it manually.)

In addition, I rearranged the existing fields to make work more convenient.

I cannot say which of these changes are of general interest and which
should be made default for new Bibliographies in tellico. The format as
it is has grown over months and is highly tailored to my personal needs.
It will probably not be suitable for others as it is, but it might be a
basis for an improved default.
