"Translate this application" has no effect

I'm using kde in catalan, and spanish language is also installed; menus are shown in all three languages (there are options in catalan, spanish and english), so I've run "Translate this application" from the help menu,  the HD has run for a while, but no windows has been opened.

Do I have to have any program installed?  TIA
