"Translate this application" has no effect

For information, this entry opens a browser and goes to Rosetta, the
Ubuntu translation tool. Since Tellico is not in main, it doesn't
benefit from Rosetta unless the translation files are pulled manually.

My guess would be that some kde translation package(s) is/are missing.
Joan, can you check if you have the package kde-i18n-ca installed ? Also
if you expect the translation to fall back to Spanish, I suggest you
install kde-i18n-es as well.
