New entry template: Bibliography

I think I had that in the default collection once upon a time. Certainly 
worth adding back.

I'll go ahead and add that one.

There's a Notes field in the default. I'm not sure why I didn't make it a 
paragraph type, though.

Yeah, at some point, I want to add functions of some type to the fields, so 
things such as the date, the purchase sum or other things can be inserted. 
It's on my list.

Thanks very much! You might like to consider submitting the template at 
kde-files.org. Tellico 1.2 is able to grab new templates directly from 
there.
