Basically, copy the .docbook files into the doc/pt/ directory and then edit 
them. You'll need to get the Tellico source from SVN and modify the 
doc/Makefile.am to include pt in the SUBDIRS target and then 
rerun  "make -f Makefile.dist" to check the changes.
