Last Name, First Name between books and music

Just so I'm sure we're on the same page. The name and title formatting can 
be turned off globally in the settings. You can also change the Author 
field to simply auto-capitalize instead of formatting as a name. That has 
the side-effect of not showing up in the <people> group, but that might not 
bother you. So with those two options...

You could change the artist field to format as a name. But as you point out, 
that will give you Skynyrd, Lynyrd.

Currently, there's no way to specify the formatting on an individual basis. 
Every value for the field gets formatted the same, either as a name, title, 
or neither.

I'm going to be trying to build in that sort of flexibility in the SQL 
database, separating people from groups, so to speak. Not sure how that'll 
work out, but I'm trying to keep it in mind, among other things.
