File collection - bags and features request

Bugs:
1. clicking to URL: "You have not permissions to execute file". I
don't want execute them - I want simply open or "download" this.

Features request:
1. Import files: "Add not existant files" - as default. Now its "Add
all to current collection" - this is source of problems.
2. Store selections in "File import" dialog to next usage. I can
forgot to select "Add not exist" and add thousands of files...

Sorry, all messages I wrote can be others - I translate my Russian
interface back into En.
