remember file type for later saves

By default, tellico saves files in zipped XML. If I open an file in plain XML and save changes, it overwrites the original file with a zipped version. It would be nice if tellico saved files in the same format as they were loaded so I don't have to unzip or use the 'export' option all the time for a simple file save.

You may wonder why I don't like zipped files. The reason is that files in plain text are easier to compare, and easier to use with a version control system such as subversion or cvs.
