Can you give me some more details? I can import my test CSV file without any 
problems, so there must be another detail. Are you using a comma as the 
delimiter? You're importing into a comic book collection? Replacing or 
adding to a collection?

I'm not sure why all the fields are getting replaced. DO you have a custom 
collection?
