Build failure of trunk in final mode

Hi,

I tried to build packages of a snapshot from trunk last week-end, and the
build failed. It appears that, when building with the "--enable-final"
flag, the generated cpp file (libcore...) in src/core contains 2 lines
#include "tellico_config.cpp"
which inevitably leads to build errors. After removing manually the second
of these lines, the build went on and could be successfully completed. I'm
not sure what the best fix is, but I suppose things get mixed up with
tellico_config.kcfgc.
