Capitalization

"John Smith" and "john smith" are equal, if auto-capitalization is turned on 
in the settings. Because of the possibility of acronyms,  the 
capitalization only upper-cases letters, it doesn't lower-case any. 
So "JOHN SMITH" and "John Smith" are different.

Perhaps that should be changed? How should potential acronyms be detected? 
I'm certainly open to changes.
