Robby,

I think some sort of change is needed. When I search for info on the web 
using an ISBN number, the author (and other info) quite often downloads 
as all caps. But, when entering data manually, I almost never use my 
Caps Lock key.

I hardly ever use acronyms (I used to work in the defense industry and 
grew to hate the silly things). Because some people do use them, I 
suppose an option in the configuration settings would be the best way to 
handle something like this.
