Bulk Amazon updates not working

Possibly. Each update is a separate request to the amazon server. But I 
haven't seen that kind of failure rate. Though technically Amazon puts a 
query limit, Tellico doesn't do any throttling. For albums, the artist is 
used if available, otherwise the album title.

That'd be nice. They don't have to be c++, by the way. Tellico can use 
external scripts, written in any language, to import data, as long as the 
output is one of Tellico's recognizable formats.
