Disappearing cover images

Hi,
It's a little more funny than this. Try to create a new dvd database with
small amount of dvd inside. Open your regular database, you'll miss the dvd
cover for some of the dvd. Open the small database and reopen the regular
database , all your cover are back. At least it's working for me.
