Disappearing cover images

Well, I got all excited that you were able to make it reproducible. But the 
file you put up only has 297 images, and 
e103d2c9ee0ae28ecc2ab660035efb2a.jpeg is indeed missing from the tc file. 
After I removed it, the steps you have for duplicating and deleting don't 
end up with any problems.

So I guess somewhere in the process you lost the image, but you put the 
wrong file on your website maybe?
