Hmm, I've tried just about every combination I can think of with the config 
options and images in the file and haven't been able to reproduce it so 
far. Which makes it tough to fix. :) Maybe the image got lost back with 
version 1.2.1 and you just now noticed it? I dunno, the bug I fixed for 
that version, I didn't change anything about how I fixed it so it's tough 
to see how it might have come back.
