Tellico 1.2 Released

Off the top of my head, the two things I can think of are the KNewStuff API 
and the KIO::NetAccess::synchronousRun. The KNewStuffSecure class was new 
for KDE 3.4, and is what Tellico uses for downloading scripts.

It probably wouldn't be that much work to add a compat layer for KIO and to 
just disable the script downloading for KDE 3.3. It didn't occur to me that 
sarge released with KDE 3.3. KDE 3.4 is about 1.5 years old, so I thought 
it would be a reasonable version bump.

OK, I'll see about working around that for 1.2.1
