more memory leaks at 1.2?

Hi

i've just installed tellico v1.2, and i've tried to load a collection previously created with v1.1.6
loading was quite fast, but when going to select the first entry (it was representing a film, with a  8 mb png image) it became nearly frozen, consuming lots of ram.. here we can see what "ps" says (remember, just opening the file and the selecting one entry.. nothing more):

240 mb of ram for only creating a thumbnail of an 8 meg file? it's quite big..
