tellico2html.js misses in html export with tellico 1.2.2

Hi,

to begin with, I want to thank you for this great software. I didn't 
find a place where I can report a bug so I post on this list. Feel free 
to redirect me if I'm wrong.

With tellico version 1.2.2, the file tellico2html.js is no longer 
present when I export my collection to html (which is valid w3c \o/).

The file is present in /usr/share/apps/tellico but I think it isn't 
copied during the export process.

I didn't test with v1.2 or 1.2.1 so I don't know if this is a regression 
of v1.2.2.
