Missing video fields in 1.2.x

When you create a new video DB there are now 5 fields missing. There 
used to be 35, now only 30. If you scroll down the field list, the last 
5 which used to follow "Comments" are no longer there. They include the 
Amazon and IMDB links.

The bug was already in 1.2 pre3, I checked before updating. 1.6.1 must 
have had the fields because that's when I created my DBs.
