tellico2html.js misses in html export with tellico 1.2.2

Yup. Should be fixed in SVN now.

Hasn't worked in any of the 1.2 versions, as far as I can see. I'm not sure 
why I didn't see that before. I misread the libxml2 documentation, I guess.
