Missing video fields in 1.2.x

Those are usually added by one of the search sources. The Amazon Link isn't 
there by default, it gets added when you do an amazon search. Depending on 
your IMDB settings, you could get an imdb link rating, etc. added when you 
do an imdb search. They're just not there by default.
