OK, right now in SVN, the search dialog has an additional button on the 
bottom. If the data source indicates that more results are available than 
are being fetched, the button gets enabled. Clicking it will grab more 
results.

Right now, it should work with amazon, imdb, yahoo audio, and z39.50. So if 
anyone wants to give it a shot. All those are set to retrieve 20 results 
per shot now.

I expect to release 1.2.3 this weekend.
