They're both pretty much dead. According to SourceForge, palm-db-tools 
hasn't seen a release since 2003. btOOL is even older.

Whoops, sorry, fat fingers typing. But I don't think Novell Forge has 
enabled modifying svn logs, so I can't do anything about it.
