Covers of DVDs disapear

Can you please send as a minimal example (one entry is maybe sufficient)
which causes this problem.  Maybe you should also send your config file
.kde/share/config/tellicorc so that we can reproduce it.

Please explain the steps with the specified file in more detail so
that this nasty bug can be fixed.
