Version 1.2.8 HTML Generation

As the title states, running version 1.2.8.

When viewing an entry in Tellico all looks good in the title.
After I export to HTML and view the same entry, or any entry, I have a 
single ? in all titles.

After comparing the entries as viewed through Tellico and through 
Firefox, it appears that the separator between the artist and title is 
the problem.

In the Tellico view the Artist and Title are separated by a -, but in 
the exported HTML the - has been replaced with a ?.

Is anyone else seeing this?
