Tellico: Various build fixes and German translation update

It is against trunk. I attached a new one for 1.2.x. Please apply.
Many changes in it are just s/.../ .../ if the ellipsis refers to
missing words instead of characters. Probably you should change this in
the English version as well. It fixes also a few very obscure
mistranslations for stamps.

But it's not part of the Debian package koffice-dev 1.6.1-2. If you
really need it (not in this case) you should adapt ./configure to scan
for it.

Ah, OK. I do not have much experience with KDE sources but I used Qt
already for a few projects ... Please note that configure was happy with
my settings, don't know whether it checks for the patched version.

No, I removed the Debian package first. If I do not remove it and start
the self compiled (and in ~/local/ installed) tellico (trunk), it
searchs for tellico.mo in the following bogus order:

access("/usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/tellico.mo", R_OK) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory) 
access("/home/jens/local/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/tellico.mo", R_OK) = 0 

You see that the file from the Debian package is searched *before* the
locally installed file. This is probably not your fault but it would be
nice if you could report it as you know the KDE structures much better.

But again: This isn't the reason for using the old strings since I
removed /usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/tellico.mo.

Oops, all other strings have "*" appended, 1.10 not. It works
nevertheless (I tested it).
